Shipping Policy
Delivery
Our service includes shipping and delivery on orders to your home or office address where you are available to receive the item or give authorisation to leave the item at the door. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Zone 1 Shipping Rate:
VIC / SA / NSW / ACT / TAS – Free shipping for orders over $200
Under $200 to have a freight charge of $24.95
Zone 2 Shipping Rate:
WA / NT / QLD – Free shipping for orders over $250
Under $250 to have a freight charge of $49.95
Local Pick up
We offer local Pickups at the following locations:
- 178 Northbourne Road, Campbellfield VIC
Most orders placed before 5 pm will be available for the next business day pick up at the location of your choice. We will send a notification via email or SMS, once your order is ready for pickup.
Orders must be picked up within a 15 day period. If they are not picked up after 15 days, we will return the items to our inventory. You will receive a refund for your order minus a 25% restocking fee.
