Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please read below and then contact us at info@hgdco.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Product:
Please thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged in any way during transit. Please note that some products have natural or textured finishes which do not constitute product damage.
Exchange:

Returns / Change of mind
We love that you are choosing Home & Garden Décor Co products, but we do understand that sometimes products aren’t quite the same once you receive them! We are happy to accept returns due to change of mind, however, we will need to charge for the return freight costs. Prior to going ahead with the return, we will confirm the return freight cost. If you’re happy to proceed, this amount will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that any freight or delivery charges from the original order are unable to be refunded for Change of Mind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issues. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
